Who am I?
I am not a financial professional. I have worked in corporate jobs for 20 years in the Northeast. While working, I have done many side hustles, primarily to enable a sustainable income for my family. ie. To put food on the table. My passion has been in the field of economics and small business/career development. Over the years, I slowly realized how various factors like globalization, resource depletion, monetary policies, etc. affect our jobs, businesses, and investments.
Why I created this website?
I see more and more people are struggling to find jobs or to stay in the jobs or to run a small business or to make ends meet. It is true for people from all walks of life. I wanted to help them with whatever I know. Because I know the pain, struggles, and efforts involved. This website is a small attempt to assist them.
Why ‘Breadnomics’?
The word ‘Economics’ has a meaning as, a social science concerned chiefly with description and analysis of the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. There are thousands of books entirely dedicated to the field of economics. A person can spend his or her entire life studying them. A lot of very smart people are doing so.
But for most of the common folks like us, we have a very simple requirement:
How do we earn and manage our money (bread)?
So Breadnomics is all about how an individual earn and manage his/her money (bread) in hard times.
Please approach the content of this site with an open mind. If it is helping you in a very small way, that is all I am hoping for.
Good Luck and God Bless You.
Thank you for visiting.
